Going back in time in 2024 when I started working with l was driving to multiple locations, visiting and serving assisted living patients with chronic wounds solutions.

We’ve gone a long way since then: my title has changed a few times and our product and service offerings has increased to my greatest excitement. However the mission stays the same: we are servant leaders offering seniors preventative and proactive care solutions for a better quality of life.

PoV: We all need to do our part to teach our kids not to be taking things for granted. From baby boomers to GenZ and then now Alpha, Things have changed quite a bit. Sadly a lot of these kids haven’t learn the values of hard work. If we make life too easy for them, and we spare them to learn real life lessons, they won’t be able to function independently properly as adult.

 it is sad to see that this young man’s mother is not able to know and remember that he is her son… However, when we understand Alzheimer’s and we stop fighting to make them understand the truth we can still enjoy your beautiful relationship with our loved ones suffering from this disease. I’m always always so when dealing with my father that we don’t want to get them upset we play the game and act as if we are on the same page and they are even if they are back in their younger year or they are a different place roll with it and redirect them.

When we say attached so what they were, that’s where they ran into conflict and granted it’s hard to see the reality of our loved ones being affected in this way, but once acceptance is present, we can still enjoy many beautiful moments with our loved ones.

Caleo Bay Assisted Living & Memory Care residents have made wonderful progress in their YogAroma (TM) practice since we started last fall. They are able to perform more challenging poses, follow a sequence of 3-4 poses or asana and have build stamina! I love them all, residents and staff alike! What a beautiful crowd !

This is what we need to go back to: helping one another and give love and care and appreciation to our elderly population. We have to remember they were once young too, and we will get old as well.
