💖 Sweetheart Dance – Neurodivergent Adults (18+) 💖

You’re invited to a Sweetheart Dance for neurodivergent individuals ages 18+!
This special evening is all about connection, joy, and being yourself in a welcoming, inclusive space.
This event also offers a fun, low-pressure opportunity to practice and improve social skills, build confidence, and connect with others through music, movement, and shared experiences. Come with a date, friends, support person, or on your own; everyone is welcome. See below for more details…

The Night of Sparks Sweetheart Dance is an inclusive event for individuals ages 18 and older with disabilities.



Event Details:
Date: Friday, February 20, 2026
Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Location: Keystone Recreation Center, 17928 Gunn Hwy, Odessa, FL 33556
Attire: Valentine’s attire (red or pink), or anything you are comfortable wearing
Cost: Free! A $1 donation to Friends of the County Parks is appreciated.

Recent news highlights that the current administration has rescinded the decision to cancel federal grants supporting substance use and mental health services, ensuring these critical funds remain available to communities across the country.
These grants play a vital role in expanding access to care, supporting prevention efforts, and sustaining programs that serve individuals and families during times of significant need. Continued investment in mental health and substance use services helps reduce barriers to treatment, supports recovery, and strengthens community well-being.
Access to mental health care is not a luxury it’s essential. I’m encouraged to see steps taken to protect resources that so many people rely on. 💚
