Sometimes you have to put it down simply because its too heavy. Its not meant to be carried around.

Its what led me to QHHT. Well, I tried therapy 1st, highly recommend, I got the validation I needed. I had been abused. More mentally than physically. But it wasn't enough. For me. Then I found QHHT. The idea I had signed a contract before coming into this life, to have this experience, was insane.

But once I stepped out and looked at the bigger picture. What i had learned from the experience. + the possibility i had experienced the same thing in past lives...I had to figure out a way to never experience it again. If I can create negativity in my life, I can also create positivity in my life. That's when everything began to shift. It took years...but I'm well on my way to never having that experience again.

Everything is a choice. You hold all the power. You just had to realize for yourself. Its not something that can be taught.

Music has been shown to reduce pain by activating the endorphin pathways and blocking pain signals from being transmitted to the brain. A study published in a 2007 issue of The Journal of Advanced Nursing found that listening to music reduced pain by 21 percent compared to patients who were given only "usual care." In addition, there was no need for pain medication or a reduction in medication when patients listened to music.
