Just finished my 2nd super spartan in Las Vegas this past weekend. Pretty crazy but definitely memorable and challenging experience. Anyone your there trying to do a spartan race, let me know. I also have a street team discount I can give you for any race that you are trying to do. Aroo!! Let's get it herbawarriors!!

Team HerbaWarriors would like to congratulate Thomas Nizami for being awarded the Half Marathon Triple Crown - 39.3 Miles of Paradise. This prestigious award is only awarded to a select few who have finished all 3 Socal half marathons within 1 calendar year (Carlsbad Half Marathon, the La Jolla Half Marathon, and the America's Finest City Half Marathon). Awesome job Nizami and way to represent Team HerbaWarriors and the wounded warriors out there!

Team HerbaWarriors woud like to welcome Dr. Allan Pang to the team! Dr. Pang is a research scientist at UCLA and is a highly active individual. During his off time Allan organizes social events for various Meetup groups and enjoys hiking, beach volleyball and anything else that involves living an active and healthy lifestyle. Allan is looking to take his health fitness goals to the next level and help others accomplish the same!

Team Herbawarriors would like to thank all those who volunteered at the 2013 Irvine Gladiator Rock'n Run this past weekend. Thousands of race participants showed up and the Gladiator volunteer crew took care of registration check-ins, water stations, and guiding racers across the 18 obstacles.

Proceeds of this race helped support TACA and their fight to cure autism. Special thanks to Gladiator ambassador Thomas Nizami for organizing the Herbawarriors volunteer crew.
