Is this you? It doesn't have to be. Some of you might be wondering why I decided to condense this course after years of refusing to do and why I chopped the price to less than a fourth of its worth. This is why! I am seeing the claws od shaytan get the best of us, me included. But Alhamdulillah, by Allah's Might, we've done the work beforehand and have an AMAZING course to fall back on. Some people love the personal customized component to the class, and others fell in love with the workbook.

My heart will always be with those who experience injustice. One of the reasons I became a teacher and, in fact, is my teaching purpose is to give students the representation I never had and be an advocate for them. When I started working in a Detroit inner city school, I learned that I needed to change myself to understand my students and to properly advocate for them. That's when I invested my time to get trained in life coaching. I transformed my thinking brain to a thinking-feeling brain.

Even when you're on the right side of justice, there's work to do. There is always room for growth and understanding. There is always room for humanity.

Why was social injustice always important to me? I was raised protesting, boycotting, and loving the Palestinian cause. Palestine is the reason I am more aware of the oppressed. Palestine is the reason I am involved with healing my community. And my Islam is at its core.

Doubt yourself no longer.

The human mind is Created by Allah to do magnificent things. The only thing in it's way is the figment of your own imagination.

Isn't it funny how the same creation of Allah that can lead you to success can be the one to lead you out of it? So what's the secret to utilize your mind for success?

Allah Gave us commands in life to achieve success. Balance is a major conjoined leading you there. The Prophet (ﷺ) even teaches us to be fair to our feet and never take one step in a shoe while the other foot is shoeless. Are you giving your mind, body, and soul that kind of balance?

Is Allah ENOUGH?

Obviously. So why isn't your mind, body and soul aligning to that thought? What limiting belief, unpacked trauma, weakened spiritual practice is holding you back?

If this is you, you may have a hard time taking out the variables from the equation and recognizing no matter what formula is used, no matter what connections, efforts, and actions taken place, Allah will always be the answer.

Some thoughts that could stop you from seeing beyond the problem are:

* addressing the problem from the perspective of the creation

* misalignment of hope: putting hope in your actions or people

* having a need to control the situation

* distrust and past trauma weighing heavily on your vision of the future

Yaqeen is important, but there is mental work that can help alongside those spiritual gains.

Big Tip! Don't scramble for new goals, instead enhance your old goals!

Do you ever go year to year disappointed in the rate of change or slow pace at achieving your spiritual goals? Check to see if your ultimate vision is aligned with each of the steps you've taken along the way.

Don't approach your spiritual growth haphazardly, set a plan for yourself that's small, reasonable and achievable.

Another small goal for another box to check off will only create a life of checked boxes. The best of deeds are those that are small and consistent. So reflect on how your goal in Ramadan can be tweaked for Thul Hijjah and Enhance your growth.

Is vision planning not your thing? Or do you struggle creating a plan you're actually going to stick to? Or do you just have a hard time holding yourself accountable?

When you're making moves and sparks be sure to ground yourself before you make a fire. Even an electrical plug has a socket for a grounding k**b, what's yours?

How do you keep yourself grounded?

You don't want to lose your momentum and more importantly you want to maintain your sense of direction and purpose. When you have a way to keep grounded, you're setting the stage to propel yourself forward.

This is more than just having accountability with a life coach, like me. This is reaching into your toolbox and stimulating a part of you to encourage the following:

* Standing up for what's right

* Humility

* Not conforming to please others
