Baby Arugula, Cherry Tomato, Avocado, Radish, Basil, Charred Diced Pineapple and Garnished with Toasted Coconut. Shrimp is one of the richest sources of complete protein among seafood. This high quality protein is excellent for building lean muscle, weight management, heart health and healthy aging. Shrimp also provides important vitamins & minerals crucial to wellness: vitamins A, B, C, D & E as well as minerals selenium, choline & beta carotene.
