Yule Blessings Reiki Shores Community!!

As we move through the Winter Solstice, we’re entering the season of deep rest, quiet reflection, and the return of the light.

Here are 3 simple ways to honor Yule:

Light a candle with intention:
Take a moment to breathe, light a candle, and say: “I welcome the return of the light. May this light awaken healing, clarity, and peace within me and in the world.”

Honor sacred rest:
Yule invites us to slow down. Give yourself permission to:
• Rest more
• Say no to what drains you
• Say yes to what truly nourishes you
Rest is not laziness - it’s energetic and spiritual renewal.

Reflect and welcome the new cycle:
Journal or sit in stillness with these questions:
• What am I ready to release from this past year?
• What do I want to invite in as the light returns?
You may want to burn or tear up what you’re releasing. Then say:
“I open to the new light, new opportunities, and new healing that are meant for me.”

The light is returning - around you and within you.
