I know that massage has transformed my life in so many ways! I am more in tune with my body as a result of regularly tending to my nervous system. Each massage allows me to relax, rest and digest- getting out of fight or flight- and I learn how to do that each time a deep level of relaxation is achieved, so that when stress happens I can get back to baseline sooner.
