Feel Good

Today is a time to focus on pure happiness. We have to give ourselves what is needed to be in a happy place at all times. During this pandemic is a great starting place for those of us who are struggling with this crisis. We fear our health and lives are at risk, so we go into panic mode. This is the opposite of what we should be doing. I learned some time ago that our thought is the most powerful weapon we have to fight against anything we are faced with. We don't make good use of it because we are distracted by others and other things. If we can focus just long enough to remind ourselves of something that brings us joy. It may be a memory or dream, doesn't matter what it is, whether you have it or not. Live for now knowing you have total control over your life using the power within which is positive thought and everything you want done will manifest right before your eyes. You don't need approval from anyone.
Feed yourself with the food that makes you happy. With the food that makes you feel good.
