You're not alone, and you don't have to manage it by yourself. Sports Plus in Milan is now offering a new Outpatient Sleep Improvement Program called "Sleep Plus."

This program uses evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), to help address underlying issues that can hinder a good night's sleep.

To get started, call our office or talk to your Primary Care Provider for a referral to occupational therapy at Sports Plus Milan for a detailed evaluation.
