Floatation Therapy. Floating in 10 inches of skin temperature water, saturated with over 850 pounds of pharmaceutical grade epsom salt allows you to enter a state of deep mental and physical relaxation. The anti-gravity experience is designed to give your mind and body a state of blissful rest.
Massage Therapy. Massage and bodywork is an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension.
