🌿 Cascade Senior Care Center Town Hall Recap 🌿

Yesterday, we came together for an EPIC Town Hall centered around Health & Nutrition, and what an amazing time it was!

Our team enjoyed fresh, delicious salads 🥗 and refreshing infused water 🍓🍋because taking care of ourselves is just as important as the care we provide every day.

The energy in the room was unmatched! From fun games and exciting prizes 🎉 to celebrating one another with EPIC rewards, the engagement and positivity truly showed what makes Cascade so special OUR PEOPLE.

And of course… we wrapped it all up the right way with the Cha Cha Slide 💃🏽🕺🏽 bringing everyone together in laughter and movement!

Thank you to each and every team member who participated and continues to show up with heart, dedication, and purpose. You all make Cascade an incredible place to be.

We started a new monthly tradition here at Cascade! Town Hall Meetings for Employee Recognition and Employee Engagement are essential in retaining EPIC employees! We are so proud of our employees who go above and beyond to provide the best care and customer service! Today we celebrated years of service, birthdays, new employees, and employees who were mentioned in our Customer Service surveys. We hope to have more employees join us next month!
