We started a new monthly tradition here at Cascade! Town Hall Meetings for Employee Recognition and Employee Engagement are essential in retaining EPIC employees! We are so proud of our employees who go above and beyond to provide the best care and customer service! Today we celebrated years of service, birthdays, new employees, and employees who were mentioned in our Customer Service surveys. We hope to have more employees join us next month! Food, Fun, and Raffle Prizes! Thank you to everyone who attended!

Over the past months during BINGO, residents had the chance to ditch the candy or prize for a penny. Well today was shopping day and let me tell you, it was truly a laugh! Many residents walked away with bags full of goodies, grinning like it was Black Friday.

💜💛💚 Fat Tuesday Fun at Cascade! 💚💛💜

Yesterday our team at Cascade Senior Care Center celebrated Fat Tuesday with smiles, laughter, and of course… delicious paczki! 🍩✨

Staff also joined in on a little friendly competition by guessing how many puzzle pieces were in the jar 🧩because at Cascade, we believe in working hard and having fun together!

It’s moments like these that strengthen our team and remind us that joy is part of the culture we create every day for our residents and each other.

What a beautiful, full day! 💜

We kicked things off with paczkis, centered ourselves with Tai Chi, enjoyed sweet moments during pet therapy, and celebrated Mardi Gras with King’s cake and smiles all around. The day was made even more special with fresh flour bouquets for every room and dining centerpieces generously donated by Brown’s Floral and Optimal Care.

So grateful for a day filled with connection, celebration, and community!

In celebration of Valentine's Day, residents took part in a teddy bear construction activity, crafting gifts for their loved ones.

What a great day here at Cascade Senior Care Center! We put together centerpieces for our Thanksgiving pie social and the residents loved it and looks so nice in the dining room for the holiday!
