My new morning ritual includes sipping tea.

I'm on my and one thing about me is once I'm focus. 🧘🏾‍♀️ I'm lock in
Hibiscus, Green tea, Peppermint, Papaya leaf, ginger and other safe herbs to help assist
With my weight loss. I used these same herbs back in 2017 and loss 50 lbs in 3 months sadly I reverted back to unclean eating.
Nowwwwwwwwww here in 2025

I started my tirzepatide shots last week so I had to make sure none of these herbs would be causing a tug a war in my body 😬 so I had to remove the Senna leaf...
