Is it just me, or is today the most beautiful weather we’ve had in months? 👀👀 My dog definitely senses the storm brewing too!

Having lived here my whole life, I know storms are getting more intense with global warming, but Floridians know how to prepare.
Prepare, but stay calm to those new here—we’ve got this. Some of my best childhood memories are of being huddled with family, feeling safe and present during a storm.

Remember, your neighbors are better resources than social media for what to do. Lean in, call a friend and stay connected.

Sending love and a little extra baby-making energy your way! :P Especially to the west coast of Florida.

This past weekend I took a moment to get back into one of my creative outlets that brings me joy: drawing!

One of the things I like drawing most is different anatomical structures and it just so happened that I needed some illustrations for an upcoming presentation.

I’m super excited for this upcoming collaboration with for the Spring Summit on May 20th! We’ll be totally nerding out about the voice-pelvic floor connection and we hope you join us for the fun!
