Beach Yoga is back!
Our sunset calm returns April 6 at 7:30 PM.
This is a gentle, slow flow designed to help you decompress and start your week grounded. No chaturangas. We’ll move up and down just once, keeping everything intentional and accessible.
We’ll begin with breathwork, then move through a flow fully aligned with the breath. Inhale, we open. Exhale, we soften. Every transition guided by your breath, drawing you back into your body.
We’ll close with meditation, with optional Reiki offered during savasana.
This is your space to regulate, release, and reset. A calm Monday. A softer start. A nervous system exhale.
I can’t wait to listen to the waves, soak in the views, and share the good energy together.
