Why is layering so important in SMP?

Scalp micropigmentation is a multi-stage process. In the initial session we map out your hairline and begin filling the thinning areas with light pigment using a small needle tip cartridge. In the following couple of sessions, we add more density, adjust needle size and pigment mix to layer and create natural looking results that heal to look just as good years later.
