Hi! I’m Lori. So much of my energy these days goes into raising my boys and managing our family business Remotion Wine. However, I’m also passionate about yoga. I’ve been teaching for 20 years, 10+ years right here in Jacksonville!
I love yoga for its physical benefits but more than ever these days, I rely on my practice to quiet my busy brain and keep me mentally healthy. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share this practice with so many of you right at the Jacksonville Community Center.
My classes are accessible, non-competitive and welcome to all humans.

Join me for Monday evening yoga at 5:45 on 7/7 … outside!
This class will be held on the well shaded patio (with misters) of The Orth House at 105 W. Main Street in Jacksonville.
This is also the home of Remotion Wine and the tasting room will be open after class wraps up at 7:00 for those who would like to purchase wine.
Savasana will be accompanied by the soothing sound bowls of Peggy Leviton.

What are you doing next Sunday? I’m teaching a free yoga class at 9:00 am at Public Lands. Class is followed by complimentary refreshments and an hour on the climbing wall for those who choose!🧘☕️🧗‍♂️
