🎇🎇🎇Let me introduce myself to the Jacksonville area!🎇🎇🎇

My name is Amber. I am a passionate yoga and meditation teacher that has been living an organic yogic lifestyle for many years now. I’ll be a forever student to yoga. Have been for the last 16yrs now. I have 800hrs of schooling that I started 11yrs ago. Using Yoga to heal my own PTSD and bring that same empowerment to others is my mission in this life.

I’ll be teaching Wednesdays at 5:30pm Infinite Yoga. I’m super excited to meet you all and be a part of your yoga family here in Jacksonville NC! My classes are aimed to take you out of your mind and into your body. A moving meditation is what I teach. We take time in my classes for a seated guided meditation as well.
