Each month, we gather to connect, collaborate, and learn from leaders in our community — and this one did not disappoint. A special thank you to Oak Hammock at the University of Florida for sponsoring lunch and helping make the afternoon possible.

Kelley brings a strong background in senior care operations, with a leadership style rooted in service, accountability, and compassion. She is deeply committed to supporting seniors, families, and caregivers through clear standards, thoughtful problem-solving, and hands-on leadership. Known for navigating complex situations with calm and purpose, she believes the best operations are built by putting people first and leading by example.

Outside of work, Kelley enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, caring for animals, and getting outdoors for new adventures.

After decades of working with seniors to improve their quality of life through home healthcare, we decided to open Concierge Care. We believe that with the support of a highly trained Senior Care Advisor and qualified and compassionate caregivers, seniors can maintain the highest quality of life in their own homes. We specifically chose the Nurse Registry model as it allows us to offer the highest quality service to our clients at the lowest possible cost. Additionally, the best caregivers appreciate and work with the companies that allow them to be compensated the most for their dedication and hard work. We are proud to have earned the “Best of Home Care” provider of choice award by Homecare Pulse (a 3rd party quality assurance company) but even more proud of the positive feedback we receive on a daily basis of how we have improved the lives of our clients and families. All of this could not have been accomplished without our teams that believe and practice Servant Leadership, and are committed to always helping others. They are dedicated, and passionate about providing quality services to our seniors every day.
