Betting on me, & trusting my Ori. 👑 💫

Help me on my new journey! I am testing how it feels to teach yoga DAILY and provide multiple different vibes throughout the week - for intimate groups. I'm committed to this schedule at minimum for the month of January 2026! While focusing on being consistent within myself, I hope you'll take the opportunity to increase consistency in your own yoga practice. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

I am also putting it on a trial to see how I feel about using my In-Home studio. The only reason I'm deciding to do this in my space is because my classes always attract the best energy and I know I am protected and supported. Plus it's an extremely open perfect space for yoga.

I am only promoting to my following and Heylo community. You would want to join the group for certain access. 💖

Some Yoga in the Park Memories 💓

Join me Saturday for the last Yoga in the Park of 2025. ✨ (Because it's COLD lol) It's also my birthday and for it I just wish for you to flow with me to kick off my new year. 🥰 Class is donation-based, give what you can, if you're unable to give, come flow anyway! Everyone & every BODY is welcome. 🤗

Start time: 11:11A. Try to arrive by 11A to get parked & situated | Memorial Park (see last slide)

Class will be a Sun Flow for the Soooul lol because well, it's COLD 😅 but it's also SAG SZN‼️ 🔥🏹♐ Let's tap into our internal flames & use our breath to warm us up! Class is for all levels, modifications are always offered. RSVP to let me know you're coming, click the link in my bio. 💓
