Yesterday we had the last day 21 🙌 out of the 21 “ day Ashtanga Yoga Challenge Ashtanga Yoga Center in Carlsbad. I highly recommend this Yoga Studio to learn study and practice if you live close or travel through Carlsbad in California.
My personal experience with Ashtanga Yoga gets my strength empowered and balanced on a deeper purifying level. I am very fortunate that I am able to have access to the correct Ashtanga Series teachings here at our Yoga Studio Desert Yoga & Wellness to practice it with dedicated and great teachers and amazing

I feel very blessed 😇
It gives me continuation to steadiness and discipline to go deeper into my own practice and
aligns me even more with our Bali Kundalini Ta**ra Yoga flow which originated and is taught by our Mahatmamaster Guru Arsana Ubud Bodyworks Centre
