The civilian man killed at the political rally in Butler, PA yesterday was a retired fire chief of Buffalo Township Volunteer Fire Dept. While he did not give his life in service to his department or during a professional call of duty, he gave his life shielding his wife and daughter on those bleachers.
Not all heroes wear capes, but this man lived and died a hero.
His name is Corey Comperatore. Corey Comperatore. You may not see a thing about him on your news feed unless you go searching for it, so we’ll add a post here in hopes that it reaches some of our followers.

Today our flag is at half staff for Hendricks County Deputy Fred Fislar. Deputy Fislar responded to a single vehicle collision at 11:50pm and came in contact with a live downed electrical wire. RIP Deputy Fislar! 🙏🏼✝️
