Wishing everyone a very Happy New Year 🎊!

We’d love to hear what intentions you’re bringing into 2026, and what you’re leaving behind!

For example, we love the idea of focusing on resets that come from a place of rest, leaving behind constant hustle that often leads to burnout.

We also want to lean into the powerful effects of small, consistent, daily healthy habits, over grandiose reinvention.

Last, leaning into gratitude and acceptance, even as we pursue healthy changes, while leaving behind shame and self-punishment.

We wish everyone a year full of love, healing, and growth, as well as eyes to see that God’s good, eternal gifts are ever-present and available to us, despite life’s hardships. ❤️
