Please do not wait until you have been discharged from the hospital, from homecare, or you are still being seen in homecare.

Contact us several weeks BEFORE your surgery. We cannot provide quality care to our patients if we do not have adequate time to schedule you. It is important to us that we start you rehab in a timely manner after surgery. So please plan ahead.

HAWC Physical Therapy is pleased to announce a running clinic led by Rosie, a lifelong runner and experienced coach. A former Gannon University cross country athlete and 2x NYS qualifier in high school, Rosie is also a marathoner—including Boston—and a consistent local podium finisher. With over 5 years of individual coaching experience, she brings a deep passion for helping runners improve and stay injury-free.
