Hot Yoga with Kim

This is a steady, focused practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Set in a heated room , 95-100 degrees. This class guides you through a balanced flow of postures designed to open the body, improve alignment, and deepen your breath. Kim’s teaching style is calm and intentional, giving you space to move with awareness while still being gently challenged.
The heat helps muscles release more easily, allowing for deeper stretches while encouraging a cleansing, full body sweat. You’ll work on balance, stability, and endurance- at a pace that feels both grounding and effective.
Modifications are always offered, making the class accessible whether you’re newer to hot yoga or looking to deepen your practice.
You’ll leave feeling reset, stronger, and more connected - both physically and mentally.
