Join us for a 6 week healing book club centered around Boundaries = Freedom by Joseph Nguyen
This is more than a discussion - it’s a space to slow down, reflect, and gently explore what it means to create healthy boundaries in your life. Each week includes guided conversation, thoughtful insight, and time to connect to your real, everyday experiences.
Together, we’ll focus on building clarity, strengthening self-respect, and finding a sense of calm in how you show up for yourself and others.
Come as you are. Leave with more understanding, and a little more freedom.
Each week we will alternate between guided meditation and restorative healing, giving you time to not just understand the material but truly integrate it.
$120 for 6 weeks or $20 per week

Hot Yoga with Kim
Tuesday at 6:30 pm

This is a steady, focused practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Set in a heated room , 95-100 degrees. This class guides you through a balanced flow of postures designed to open the body, improve alignment, and deepen your breath. Kim’s teaching style is calm and intentional, giving you space to move with awareness while still being gently challenged.
The heat helps muscles release more easily, allowing for deeper stretches while encouraging a cleansing, full body sweat. You’ll work on balance, stability, and endurance- at a pace that feels both grounding and effective.
Modifications are always offered, making the class accessible whether you’re newer to hot yoga or looking to deepen your practice.
You’ll leave feeling reset, stronger, and more connected - both physically and mentally.

Hot Pilates with Alana
Tuesdays at 5:15 pm

A high-energy, full body workout that builds strength, tone, and endurance - fast.

Set in a heated room between 90-100 degrees, this class combines Pilates-based core work with dynamic, low -impact movements that challenge every muscle group. Alana brings intensity, motivation, and a contagious energy that keeps class moving and pushes you just enough to see real results.
You’ll focus on core strength, stability, and controlled movement while still getting your heart rate up. The heat adds an extra layer-helping your body warm up quickly while increasing the sweat and overall burn.
This class is consistently waitlisted, and for good reason - so if you want in, book early.
Come ready to work, expect to feel it, and leave stronger every time.

Mondays 3 pm with Karen Hanson

This class runs 75 minutes. Gentle Yoga - This slow-paced, class offers accessible movements to improve mobility, strength and balance. Suitable for all levels, including beginners and seniors. We modify traditional yoga poses with the use of props while adding in functional movement to support activities of daily living. Each class ends with a restorative posture and relaxation.

We are so excited to welcome Karen Hanson to Lotus

Karen Hansen is trained in the Sri Vidya Yoga Tradition. She completed her formal studies at the Himalayan Institute of Yoga Science & Philosophy earning 200 & 500 Hour Yoga and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist Certifications (AYS). She is also a certified in Mat Pilates (Spencer Pilates), Reformer & Chair (ID Pilates). Karen's teaching is rooted in mindfulness, and encourages calm, balance and compassion.
