If you missed the registration for Beginner Yoga but are interested in joining a class, check out my Gentle Yoga class on Tuesdays at 5:30pm! Classes are held in The Yoga Room at Paull Chiropractic (100 W. Racine Street).

It's a 60 minute class where we focus on mindful breathing, slow movement and relaxing yoga postures.
