Dear Valued Guest,

We truly appreciate your continued support and trust in our services. As our business continues to grow, we are implementing updated policies to ensure fairness, availability, and respect for the time reserved for each appointment.
Effective January 1, 2026, the following policies will apply:

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service fee.

No call / no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Cancellation fees apply regardless of reason.

Deposits
Select services will require a deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposit requirements will be clearly stated at booking and applied toward your service.

Each appointment is set aside exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to rebook that time for another client. These policies allow us to operate professionally while continuing to serve all clients fairly.

After months of renovating, planning, and pouring my heart into every detail, TwoWINKS Suites is officially open for business. What a journey this has been.

There are four suites, and I’m excited to share that there are only two left and are now ready for new beauty professionals to call home. I’m so grateful for what this space has become and for the incredible hard work that went into bringing this vision to life.

A huge thank you to my uncle and my stepdad for helping me build this dream with their hands, their time, and their support. I couldn’t have done this without them. As I sit here and take it all in, I’m reminded that everything truly works together for your good. Here’s to new beginnings, growth, and purpose unfolding just the way it’s meant to. 🩷
