Introducing Recharge After Dark — A Ladies-Only Sauna & Sip Series at Recharge Health + Wellness.

The perfect way to try out our saunas, unwind after a long day, and connect with other women in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Spend the evening sweating, sipping (hydration products😁), stretching, and socializing in a fun, laid-back atmosphere.

You do NOT have to be a member to attend — everyone is welcome!

Pricing for April 11:
• Recharge Health + Wellness Members: $10
• Non-Members: $20

Please email jess@recharge-hw.com or send us a message on social media if you plan to attend! If your schedule opens up last minute, you’re also welcome to come the day of.

Come check out Recharge Health + Wellness this week!

We’ll have staff on site during the hours listed for facility tours and new member training sessions.

If another time works better for you, just send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate.

Throughout March, we will continue offering additional days and hours so members can get trained and comfortable using the facility.

Beginning in April, we will transition to our regular 5-day per week staffed hours.

We look forward to showing you around!
