YouthFITT Program (Ages 9–13)
A fun, structured program designed to help kids build strength, confidence, and smart fitness habits in a safe environment.
Program Benefits:
- Learn proper exercise techniques and weight room etiquette
- Understand muscles, muscle groups, and the skeletal system
- Build healthy habits through goal setting and movement education

February 18, 19 & 20 @ 1:00 PM

Parents must remain in the facility during training.
