A sunset is like a day’s exhalation of breath. This time of day is when our body lets go of the day. The exhalation phase of your breath is when your blood pressure lowers. It’s when your heart rate stops speeding up and when you let go. Enjoy the beauty of our sunsets. Make space for your gifts that the oxygenated inhalation of life presents. May we all understand the significance of breathing together!
