Try these for a month and see your body transform⬇️⬇️

🥣 1️⃣ Greek Yogurt Power Bowl
• 1¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• ½ cup raspberries
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

~32g protein | 9g fiber



🍳 2️⃣ Savory Eggs + Cottage Toast
• ¾ cup cottage cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 slice high-fiber or sprouted toast
• ¼ avocado

~32g protein | 7–8g fiber



🥣 3️⃣ Protein Oats
• ½ cup rolled oats
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 1 tbsp chia
• ½ cup berries
• 1 tbsp almond butter

~30–35g protein | 9g fiber



🥤 4️⃣ Hormone-Smart Smoothie
• 1 scoop protein
• ¾ cup Greek yogurt
• 1 cup spinach
• ½ cup frozen berries
• 1 tbsp flax or chia
• Almond milk
