I tried everything. I ran everyday, I did CrossFit 5 times a week, I took gym classes, pay personal trainers, I danced zumba, I did spinning, and of course peloton!!!โฃ

3.- Determine your macros. Start with your protein. Eat your goal weight in grams of protein, for example: Want your weight to be 150? Eat 150 gr. protein a day โฃ
4.- Download a food trackers and add these numbers โฃ
5.- Plan your meals, meal prep and follow the plan in at least 80%. โฃ
6.- Strength training ONLY 3 times a weekโฃ
7.- Walking 10k steps โฃ
Doing this consistently will help you lose weight, body fat and gain your confidence back. โฃ
