Happy Astrological New Year! ✨ Personally, as an Aries myself, I am ready! 🐏 The Spring Equinox marks the Sun’s entry into Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, igniting a cosmic reset. Aries season is a time of fresh starts, bold action, and fearless self-discovery.

The chakra associated with the Aries zodiac sign is the solar plexus chakra, or the Manipura. This energy center is associated with personal power, confidence, and self-determination—all qualities that align strongly with Aries energy. Located just above the navel, this chakra governs our sense of identity, willpower, and ability to take action, much like Aries, the fiery initiator of the zodiac.

The solar plexus chakra is associated with our digestion, intuition, and our “gut feelings.” If this chakra is overactive, it can manifest as aggression or impatience (a shadow side of Aries), while an underactive solar plexus can lead to insecurity, self-doubt, or fear of taking action. When working with the solar plexus chakra, citrine is an excellent crystal to boost confidence, motivation, or joy.

Thank you so much to all of the wonderful friends, family, and future collaborators and clients that came out to support Whimsy & Co. and myself today! My heart is so full 🤍🥲 It was so nice having my friends and family from so many different facets of my life connecting. The day definitely flew by, but I’m sitting here as the day winds down reflecting on how grateful I am for these wonderful people in my circle, as well as the ones that are entering our orbit. We’re going to have such a great time here. Giveaway winners will be announced as soon as I get a grip. Seriously, thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart 🤍✨

I always get asked, what is Reiki? I try my best to explain, but it really is quite simple. Reiki is a self-care practice, at the very least it promotes relaxation. However, there are many benefits to receiving Reiki healing energy. Reiki reduces stress, supports emotional healing, balances energy, enhances well-being, and may aid in pain relief and better sleep. Next time, we will be talking about chakras- so stay tuned ✨
