If you’re in good health, at least 16 years old, and weigh 110+ pounds, you could help save lives in your community.

But make sure you’re feeling well (and not under care for a serious illness) and that you meet the basic health requirements.

Under 18? No problem! Just bring a Minor Consent Form, signed by a parent or guardian.

Eligibility Update!

Great news! If you’re taking blood thinners or anticoagulants, you may now be eligible to donate blood. Our Medical Director reviewed our current deferral criteria and found that was no longer necessary!

That means past donors who were deferred may now be eligible again, and new donors who thought they couldn’t donate might finally have the chance.
