Why not? I love what I do, and I like being "not your typical" chiropractor. It's been a long 10 years, and I spent over half of that learning and discovering what kind of healer I wanted to be. I can honestly say these last 3 years having my own practice has opened the door to true authenticity and actualization. I'm grateful for the journey and for all of you. 🩷

This is how I got to spend my Thursday! With an amazing group of human beings at Outdoor Odyssey doing a single day training on Mental Resiliency and diving back into the tenets of Semper Fi Odyssey 🩷 We were all circled up doing a supported tree pose. You need your community to hold you up. I was privileged enough to provide a brief soundbath. 🪷 I am so grateful for the moments I got to share with my amazing people.
