-Provides prescribed medical treatment as ordered by provider
-Places patients in exam rooms, obtaining vital signs and chief complaint
-Return patient phone calls and complete patient forms

Ensures that accurate patient and insurance information is collected and that patients are made aware of clinic policies and procedures. Patient Service Representative is responsible for a positive first impression of clinic personnel as the initial point of service contact for clinic customers. This position has high contact with patients, employees and physicians. Attendance is an essential function of this job.
