Meet Hetal💜 A busy mom of 3, physician, and someone who’s always juggling 100 things at once! She wanted to feel strong and grounded in her body, and is motivated by her kids and her health.

Her journey has been about way more than her body from the start. What made the difference was how invested her Ktizo instructors were in her success and how those successes spilled into her daily life in numerous ways!

Because of Ktizo, she feels strong again - inside and out. She shows up for herself, which makes her show up better for everyone else.

Hetal is such a valuable part of our Ktizo community. We hope her journey sparks inspiration for you, too.💜
