You’re feeling like it must be you.
>>You have no discipline
>>You can’t stick with the plan
>> You’re lazy
>>You just aren’t meant to have energy, vitality, or feel good in your own body
❓What if it’s not you. What if it’s the program?
→In most cases, this is the truth of the matter.
You get all excited, you find a program because it promises big results fast, or maybe even that it’s for all fitness levels. Surely you’ll be able to do this!
However, the program is not individualized, you work really hard but aren’t seeing any results. You’re even more exhausted. . .
For a while you push through. Because that’s who you are. You are determined and always before you’ve been able to push your way to success. But it just ain’t happening this time and you’re becoming less consistent because you’ve got nothing to hold on to.
Sister. It’s not you.
It’s the program.
