after gaining clarity on our new direction moving forward, is returning with two intimate, co-created wellness retreats in the desert!

this isn’t about doing more or becoming someone new - it’s about slowing down, reconnecting to your body, heart, intuition & creativity.

we’ll be moving through the intentions of renewal, rejuvenation & release as all practice levels are welcome to attend 🧘

🤍 originally from dubai and currently based in las vegas, is a business strategist and loves to help people! she also loves talking about relationships and learning more about inner work from a psychological and spiritual standpoint. fun fact: elisse helps keep our founder in check by helping her plan and be realistic about her ideas 🤣

🤍 meeting through elisse, cat is a las vegas-based pharmacist and a huuuge lovers of animals! training in different martial arts such as krav maga and jiu jitsu, we admire her balance of her mind, body, and spirit. fun fact: she recently got certified in reiki i and we're sooo excited for her to tap into this healing tool for her toolbox ✨

🤍 we first connected with through music and mutual friends several years ago, so we're extremely grateful for lanie's support since exactly 1 year ago! last time we connected at a club event... she let us know that she's currently working on singing more, so we're rooting for her to break out of her comfort zone so we can experience her talents shine 🎶 fun fact: lanie was a volunteer when we used to have a volunteer team for our in-person workshops!

we wanted to spotlight these three club members because of their constant action to do the deep inner work to break their own cycles — they've attended several club meditations/events in july and have been doing energy work on themselves to help them transform and grow!! 🦋

✨ breaking cycles and releasing any energy that is not radiating unconditional love
✨ dedicating times to fill up our self-love cups
✨ honoring ALL of our emotions
✨ doing our best to be gentle to ourselves
✨ only surrounding ourselves with like-minded, loving individuals
