As we prepare for course next month, I can’t help but think how enjoyable this course is to present. I get excited knowing the information we are going to share is cultivated over 45 combined years, taking the very best CE from the best in our profession. ▪️The 2 days are always fun, interactive and most importantly real. The food is exceptional, and those that attend bring an energy and enthusiasm to learn and make themselves better. ▪️ The goal is for the dentist to be able to proved the best back at their office on the following Monday. Another smile makeover that required opening this patients bite due to massive wear over a relatively long time of abuse. When he presented to our office, and he found us on the internet doing a thorough search, he did his research. We explained what happens, why it happened and what we could do to restore his mouth to excellent health. All records were digital, the scanner was the Element 5D+. We sent the records to for a full mouth wax up at a new VDO we captured using a deprogrammer. And off we were…..the final restorations were beyond his expectations and he is thrilled that they have lasted and given him the confidence that he had lost with his smile.

A new smile is worth a thousand words. This patient waited a few years to fix her teeth. Quite honestly, she had a new pool installed, she said when that project was done, she was next. She broke her upper lateral and had to have it extracted and have an implant placed. While that was healing, we took all the necessary pictures and scans and designed her new smile digitally using by . When she was ready, we removed all of her old dentistry, and placed her in the provisionals(temporaries) to work thru all her her concerns and desires. This is the critical step in dialing in the perfect smile for each patient. Rushing thru this step and lead to mixed results. When our patient decided on what color for her new smile, we transferred that to it smile Ceramist and they fabricated the custom pieces of glass that would be bonded to the patients teeth. was the unique ingot of ceramic materials used. They were bonded to place with products. The patient was so happy with the final results. With proper care they can last for a very long time. We are here to help you on your new smile journey.

Smiles are a gift. This patient had been wanting to have the smile she used to have. She decided to move forward with 12 upper veneers/crowns. The front teeth had veneers placed, the back teeth needed crowns because of the damage that had occurred to them over time. The patient was scanned with our new 5D+ and sent for a digital smile design. It was designed in . The actual veneers were pressed out of Amberpress HassBio. The lab is . Changing a smile can and will change ones attitude. This wonderful patient came to our office a few years ago. To say there were some issues would be putting it mildly. She had so much patchwork dentistry thru the years, it was failing in multiple areas. She needed help from our specialist, Endodontic procedure, A Periodontist to extract failing teeth, bone grafts, implants. This was not a quick turn around for her, it required time and patience. Yet the end result was so worth it for her. She told us that her grandchildren used to ask her about all of the metal in her mouth, and she cried. The next tears were all about her beautiful, confident, smooth teeth. The case was a combination of natural teeth and implants. The final zirconia was Zircad Multi.
