Reiki is an a non-invasive relaxation and healing technique in which the practitioner’s hands gently hover over the body to help ease breathing, restore it’s energetic balance, and it’s natural ability to heal. It also brings comfort, peace of mind, and reduces anxiety. Reiki does not interfere with any medication, current medical treatments, or therapy. but can be helpful in aiding conditions such as pain, stress, fear, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, stress, insomnia, cancer and heart disease just to name a few.
Reiki also does NOT interfere with, represent, or contradict any type of religious or spiritual practice, and was discovered and brought to the Western World by a Japanese born Christian Monk.
