Working with a group of triathletes after long days on the Queen K! 🚴‍♂️ Yesterday’s yoga session zeroed in on neck and shoulders, offering much-needed relief from bike postures. Nadi shodana added a perfect balance to restore the nervous system. 🧘‍♀️💪
