Today we taught our Saturday morning online yoga class from studio. It was so quiet (like, soundproof quiet) and cozy, and I used the drum cymbal instead of my crystal sound bowls that I have at home. So fun. 😆
Today’s theme was inspired from a quote by Roosevelt:
“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”
When on the road, Kaleo creates his daily ritual of meditation, breath work, and movement no matter what environment he finds himself in. Tour bus, green room, parking lot, hotel gym… No excuses. No zero days.
When I’m on the road… my entire schedule feels off and I sometimes (most times) struggle with maintaining consistency. So my practice is to commit to doing at least one thing a day to improve myself. Whether it’s a few minutes of meditation, focused breath, squats while brushing my teeth, a yoga class, or a long walk around a new city. Sometimes I do it all, but committing to at least one thing a day is still consistency. And it feels good. My own version of no zero days.
I usually don’t hold our online Saturday classes when I’m not at home, but being able to teach from the studio this morning was such a great opportunity!
Than you and for making space for us!
