We’re hiring a Patient Representative for the Bronson Battle Creek Hospital Emergency Department! This part-time role (28 hours per week) is benefits-eligible and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position follows a 3-days one week/4-days the next week schedule, with a mix of weekdays and weekend shifts on a 6-week rotation. Hours are 9 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Our Patient Representatives play a key role in supporting patients and families from the moment they walk in — greeting and registering patients, verifying insurance, collecting payment and helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the emergency department.
