A heartfelt thank you to all of our members who came out to the 2026 Summer Sundays Golf League kickoff meeting.

Your commitment, presence, and energy are what make this league truly special.

A huge thank you to Eastern Hills Golf Coursefor their continued hospitality and support in hosting us at their beautiful course. We don’t take for granted the space you provide for us to grow, connect, and compete.

We’re excited for this year’s competition, fellowship, and grateful for the opportunity to curate spaces of wellness for fathers, where community, growth, and brotherhood are always at the center.

Meet Anthony White, Director of the Kalamazoo Black Golf Association (A program of the Fatherhood Network). ⛳

A , and alum by way of , Anthony is committed to elevating the BIPOC presence in the Kalamazoo golf community. Since joining the Fatherhood Network in 2024, he has brought his passion for brotherhood, community, and health to the course, creating welcoming spaces that connect generations through golf.

From the Summer Sundays League at Eastern Hills Golf Course to the Swing for Success youth program, Anthony is helping make golf more inclusive, impactful, and accessible for players of all ages.

Looking forward to 2026, thankful for everything we achieved in 2025.

As we reflect on this year, we want to extend our heartfelt thank you to our incredible community.

Your continued support, encouragement, and belief in the importance of fathers has made a meaningful difference in the lives of families throughout our community.

This season reminds us that strong fathers help build strong families—and strong families help build thriving communities. Because of you, we’ve been able to show up, stand in the gap, and walk alongside fathers in powerful ways.

From all of us at the Fatherhood Network and the KBGA - Kalamazoo Black Golf Association we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays filled with joy, peace, and time with the people you love.

A huge thank you to the Senior PGA Championship for the holiday well wishes!!

We really enjoyed serving at the 84th annual championship at Harbor Shores Golf Club in 2024 and the 85th annual championship at Congressional Country Club in 2025.

Looking forward to serving at the 86th annual championship in 2026 at Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Florida. 🏌🏾‍♂️

Building Connections-Expanding Our Vision 🏌🏾‍♂️

This week, members of the Kalamazoo Black Golf Association and Fatherhood Network traveled to Florida to visit a series of incredible golf courses — not just to play, but to learn, connect, and build.

From walking fairways with course directors to sharing conversations with teaching pros, this trip opened doors to new possibilities.

We encountered innovative youth programs, mentorship ideas, and training spaces that inspired us to think even bigger about how we serve youth, men, and fathers back home.

New partnerships, shared learning, and a renewed commitment to bringing high quality golf and life skills education and opportunities to our Kalamazoo community.

A huge thank you to Reunion Resort, Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge (host of LIV Golf and the Korn Ferry Tour), Hawk's Landing Golf Club for their hospitality and expertise. 🏌🏾‍♂️⛳️

We’re excited to bring these insights back as we continue to grow the game — one father, one youth, one community at a time.
