High Plank with Opposite Toe Reach 🥵 Kenzie often uses this with her clients and athletes as a warm up exercise before other activities! This variation is a great progression to try after you master the proper high plank position💪

Isaac's Plank of choice is the Kettlebell Plank Pull Through💪He may make this look easy, BUT this exercise will seriously challenge your core stability! The goal is to keep your hips square to the floor as you pull the kettlebell, and try to not let the hips rock side to side🥵 Give this one a try next time!!

🦃 PLANKSGIVING 🔥 with Amanda!

Amanda's favorite Plank is the "Side Plank Clamshell." This exercise is unique in that it works our obliques while also improving hip stability and strength. This type of exercise is a great warm up movement for athletes or any gym goer!! If you're giving this one a try, be sure to do it on both sides!🔥

Taking a moment today to highlight one of our Personal Trainers, Kenzie!

Officially a Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Science from GVSU, as well as a Master’s Degree in Sports Coaching from WMU.

Kenzie is a Best Medicine & Athletic Performance Coach, leads group classes, and is now accepting PERSONAL TRAINING clients all here at BHF - Kzoo!
