Helyna Kretske, RN, LMT, is a Reiki Master/Practitioner who loves to assist others to awaken their healing abilities.

While working 32 years as a Registered Nurse in a variety of settings, Helyna realized the power of preventative health. In 2010, she experienced Reiki for the first time in a session with Reiki Master Barbara Hall, of Peaceful Health, who has since become her Teacher/Mentor. Enthralled, Helyna began her Reiki education journey in 2011, and after many classes is now a practitioner of several energy modalities and techniques. She has been a resident in Somers, MT since 2000. Helyna is a passionate life-long learner who is curious about the world, loves chocolate, and being in nature. Her goal is to help people awaken their mind to their own innate ability to heal themselves.
