Sometimes we get so caught up in where our bodies are at now, but remember what they have been through!

-For you mommas- you grew another human being! That’s pretty amaze balls!

-For all others- you’ve achieved greatness at one point or another, whether it be a marathon or an illness you are battling or overcome... our bodies are AMAZING!

-Often times we forget about our mental/spiritual beings! Focusing so much on our outside appearance. Take care of your WHOLE self. You will be surprised what changes are made when you start the process from the inside out!

I think a lot of times we want to work on the outside first. But really, it’s the opposite. We should focus on how we feel, really how we feel on the inside. Taking time to ask yourself if this experience, piece of food, this person in your life making me happy and helping you to meet your goals? Do they serve me like I want to serve myself? How do they make you feel? Happy? Sad? Mad?
If it’s not someone or something that is being supportive of your goals, is it something you can cut back on the amount of energy that you put into it? We all might be surprised the opportunities that come our way if you open up and put your energy out there and stop wasting our energy on things/people that don’t serve us.
Love yourself in every stage of your journey. 💕

Happy Monday!!!

Apparently, I’ve been in vacation mode since my vacation, finding every excuse I can to not find time for myself and fueling my body right. It’s caught up to me! But I am determined to get back on track!

Isn’t it so crazy how it’s so easy to fall off track but seems so hard to get back on track?

Make yourself a priority and do something small or big to be a better you! We all deserve to feel our best!

Just got back from vacation and I’m definitely feeling refreshed! It was just what I needed! I’m ready to get myself back into the swing of things!

As I mentioned I am starting up an accountability group. This will begin April 1st (no April fools)! You will get a meal plan, access to tons of workout programs, personal coaching, and daily check ins to help stay on track!
