As the year winds down, a lot of things can feel overwhelming — especially the parts we can’t control.

This simple reminder helps bring the focus back to what is within reach: your time, your boundaries, your choices, and how you care for yourself. Letting go of what’s outside your control isn’t ignoring reality — it’s protecting your well-being.

A gentle reset for busy seasons and beyond. 💚

For other options or questions about the events or schedule, please visit: https://stlfoodbank.org/events/.

You may notice the distribution schedule is light on events due to the holidays, but will return as usual in the new year.

Verification of personal information is not required to participate. All are welcome to receive food while supplies last.
