Eat fish and vegetables.
I really thought my path towards a better would be more complicated than this. I started with food combining (remember susan sommers😅), diet and then the diet. None of them were sustainable and always caused indigestion anf other discomforts. They also did not stabilized my sugar and cholesterol levels.
But just by changing my choices from meat to fish, from rice to vegetables, I almost always feel satisfied without bloat. Don't get me wrong though, i still add bread and brown rice on the side, but they are not my primary dish.
