In this half day workshop, Ritu Nanos, Master of Qigong, Tai Chi, and Kenpo, will guide you in exploring the alchemy of healing using the body as the medium and the tool. Using simple Qigong concepts, meditations, and movements, we will examine how such paradoxes manifest in the body, and learn how to use these tools to dismantle our inner duality, embracing the relationship of yin and yang, shadow and light, and the necessity of both for the healing and evolution of the soul.
